Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated by contacting us at care@luxez.store. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at care@luxez.store immediately, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Size & Color Issues Return Policy

Size Issues: If you need a size adjustment (e.g., a ring size change), a charge of INR 500 will apply for return shipping and re-delivery. The return will be processed only after we receive the original item.

Color Issues: If the color of the item differs from what was expected or shown, please contact us immediately for a return or exchange.
No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges on any product. If you wish to get a different product, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Change of Mind/Dislike
If the product is correct as per the order, but you change your mind or do not like it, returns or refunds are not possible. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before purchasing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU customers, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria.
Refund Process

Customized Orders
Custom-made or engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
